After you’ve submitted a sign-up form, use this form to tell us what you’ve read for the reading club. Use a Books with Bite activity form to report other BWB activities.

We’ll keep track of how many books you’ve read and enter you into the prize drawings. Get your prizes at our Main Library, Douglass Branch, or Bookmobile.
