For Teachers Teachers

Meet your library personal assistant.

Let us make your life easier while we introduce your students to the wonders of their public library. We can:

  • pull stacks of books for you to pick up
  • present free programs in your classroom
  • host memorable field trips to the library
  • lead you to great resources for popular topics and grade-by-grade

Preschool

We’ll present a lively program at your place, or bring your kids here for a great field trip. See our lists of good books on favorite preschool topics. Let us gather the books you need, ready for you to pick up.

Elementary

Your school liaison — one of our children‘s librarians — is ready and waiting to save you time and enliven your curriculum in the classroom.

Middle & High School

Our teen librarian can visit your classroom to teach research skills or talk about good books. She‘ll put books on reserve, pull books for you to pick up, or make a list of recommended resources — whatever helps you most.
