Bargain books & more!
The FriendShop Bookstore offers more than 20,000 used books, CDs, and movies. To find it, take the elevator to the lower level of the Main Library—it's a hidden treasure. Staffed by volunteers, every dollar earned benefits the library. Your purchase supports the resources that get kids to love reading!

Donate Your Gently Used Books, CDs, & Movies
The library accepts donations of like-new books, CDs, and DVDs that are clean and in good condition. Items we feel would benefit our patrons go into our collection; others go to the FriendShop or are posted for sale online. Tax receipts are available.
Please don’t donate items that are torn, worn, moldy, damaged, or dirty. We cannot accept magazines and Reader’s Digest Condensed Books, nor encyclopedias or textbooks more than 5 years old.
Place donations of a few items in our book returns. For larger quantities, please leave them in a box or bag outside the back of the library, at the white garage door. (Use the driveway just east of the book return.)
For other places to take items, see Recycling, Donating, and Getting Rid of Stuff.
Selected titles are also available online, on Amazon.
Sign up to become a Library Friend at the FriendShop. For just $10 a year, you'll get:

The Friends need help sorting and pricing books for sale in the FriendShop and online. Cashiers are needed during shop hours.
