The Small Business and Development Centers have the mission to provide management assistance to current and prospective small business owners. SBDCs offer one-stop assistance to individuals and small businesses by providing a wide variety of information and guidance in central and easily accessible branch locations. The program is a cooperative effort of the private sector, the educational community and federal, state and local governments. The Office of Small Business Development Centers is an integral component of Entrepreneurial Development‘s network of training and counseling services.
The Champaign County Chamber of Commerce promotes Champaign County as the best place to do business. The Chamber provides services and resources to small business owners and programs to help you start your business or help your business grow.
The Champaign County Economic Development Corporation's mission is to promote economic development in Champaign County by creating a business climate that enables local companies to prosper, assists local companies to expand, and implements national and regional strategies to attract new and start-up companies to the area.
