Robeson Pavilion Rooms A & B
This large space in the Robeson Pavilion on our first floor can be divided in two. Rooms A and B can each be reserved separately.
A projector, screen, sound system, whiteboard, and podium are available in all pavilion rooms. Bring your own laptop and standard male to male VGA cable to use the projector. You will need a 3.5mm standard audio cable for sound. MAC users - please bring your own VGA adapter.
A kitchenette in the pavilion is available for $25. Light refreshments can be served from there. Food may not be prepared at the library, and appliances for heating food or making coffee are not allowed. See details in the meeting room policy.

Catering in the Pavilion
The Latte Da! Cafe @ the Library can provide coffee, soft drinks, fruit juices, water, pastries and/or box lunches for your event in any of the library’s Robeson Pavilion meeting rooms. For details, check their catering menu. Call direct to the cafe at 217/356-JAVA (5282) or 217/778-7775 to order at least eight hours ahead.
